We hope that you are all having a wonderful Memorial Day weekend! We are so thankful for the men, women, and families, who have served our country and given us the freedom we enjoy daily! We are excited to celebrate their service with such a beautiful time of year. It is the start to summer cookouts, pool days, and gorgeous summer weddings!

At CCW, we can’t wait for another gorgeous summer wedding season full of patriotic inspiration. We want to give you ladies a tidbit of red, white, and blue inspiration as you begin thinking about the details of your big day! These tiny cherry and blueberry star pies, made in tiny mason jars, are a delicious treat for your guests made with love! Besides, it is a firm belief of the CCW Team, that its never a mistake to use a mason jar! Wouldn’t these be adorable!? And the best part is, this is an easy DIY project for the lovely women in your life who have been dying to help out ( your aunt Suzy, your cousin Jane, your grandmother Louise…you get the point! ). *Planning Tip: Grab a few wooden crates at your local craft store and stack them for a quick and affordable display stand for the jars. You can cover the crates with fabric or leave them exposed for character. Having levels will also add visual interest. If you have a large number of guests, but limited space, only display a few pies and refill them throughout the night.
