Founded by three mamas who are passionate about both margaritas and animals, Mamasita’s Margaritas is Charleston’s premier mobile frozen margarita bar. Their Horse Box Trailer, affectionately named Penny, is a rehabilitated horse trailer that now boasts a pretty shade of teal + the ability to travel and serve up delicious frozen margaritas for your wedding! We’re excited to be sharing about this fun wedding vendor addition to your rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour or reception. Cheers, friends!

What brought you to the wedding industry?
As a Margarita connoisseur, I found that most weddings with a full bar service didn’t offer a margarita option.
A lesson you’ve learned the hard way in the wedding industry
Wedding planners are worth their weight in gold.
Favorite way to spend a Sunday afternoon
Drinking a Mamasita’s Margarita – of course!
Best piece of advice to someone new to the industry
Be friendly and network.
Best piece of planning advice to a new bride/groom
Hire a wedding planner and if you cannot afford one, at least try to hire a day-of coordinator so you have more time to enjoy your wedding instead of worrying about the details.

What’s your favorite aesthetic?
Intimate or Par-tay? What size wedding do you recommend and why?
Intimate, it’s all in the details… Would recommend 100-150 guests because it’s large enough to include those closest to you and small enough to be able to speak with everyone at your wedding.
What’s the first thing a newly engaged couple should do?
Spread the joy with friends and family.
