With over 150 published weddings and editorials under our brand, we love serving clients with custom design boards and inspirational sketches. Chancey Charm planners work from offices in more than 13 cities, meticulously designing feminine, sophisticated weddings.    Each location lead by a local planner, ensuring excellent customer service for every Chancey Charm client. We have access to multiple mentors + a team of planners to help with sourcing and problem solving, as we plan.  Our We Over Me, team mentality, is what makes our services + resources top of the line.

  • Why did you create these resources?

I created the Chancey Charm Shop as a place to share what I’ve learned during my time in the wedding industry, with brides, planners, and creative business owners.  These are the resources I wish I had at my fingertips as I started planning my own wedding and later started planning for others while building a business that allows me the opportunity to do what I love and raise a family.  Each category of resources is tailored to the audience it serves, and my hope is that what I’m sharing will make your journey a bit easier and more enjoyable!

Our custom design board experience is an integral element to our full-service package and offers creative direction and inspiration throughout the wedding planning experience. While the resources we offer in the shop do not teach our entire design board process, the resource you can find by click here is a great place to start designing a gorgeous wedding.

  • Is this your full-time job? How fast do you reply to questions about the content? 

Yes, our team is comprised of professionals who have made wedding planning their full-time focus. We consider ourselves creatives, but we function as a professional business responding to emails in a timely manner during business hours.

  • Where do you plan weddings? 

Great question!We are happy to plan destination affairs wherever our clients would like to go.We currently have planners located in Atlanta, Boston – Cape Cod,Charlotte, Charleston, Charlottesville, Dallas, Denver,Houston, Nashville, New York, San Diego, The Gulf Coast, and DCAll of these teams can work remotely with clients.


REFUND POLICY:
Within sixty (60) calendar days of the Program Start Date, you may request a refund of the amount you paid for the Program(s) or digital downloads. The Program Start Date is defined as the first day the Company provided you access to the Program(s) or digital downloads.
