Can I tell you a secret? My first year in business, I only made $1300 (insert facepalm here). Three years later, Chancey Charm was bringing in over six figures a year in sales! It’s from this success and my initial struggle, that I started the Associate Planner Program and launched 13 locations, to help other women have their own SUCCESSFUL, wedding planning business under my brand. Fast forward a few years, and my dad is diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer and my personal life starts to spiral. What held my business together (we actually had our biggest year yet in this season) and encouraged me through this season? My team! That’s why I’m super passionate about teaching other creatives how to build a healthy team that will grow their business and give them more time to do what they love OR manage the crazy when life falls apart.
My creative business advice has been featured on Rising Tide, The Southern C and in my own free creative business workshops, Helping others meet and exceed their professional goals while maintaining personal boundaries gets me excited! And, sharing the best practices that have worked for my own business gives me life. I love talking about all things business, but particularly thrive when sharing my expansion into new markets and team growth strategies.

What Creatives Are Saying
If you have ever sat with me and talked about this business, you know I wanted to work with Sarah Chancey long before I ever had the pleasure to meet her! Meeting her has been a wonderful thing for me. She is a great business person, a kind heart and a true cheerleader of creatives, always there to help you move to a new and better place. – Lisa Formaro, Owner and Designer behind The Sweet Trend
When I was in the beginning stages of growing two companies, I had the amazing opportunity to sit down and talk with Sarah about my vision and goals. She instantly became a cheerleader and a champion for my dreams. Her success and dedication with Chancey Charm provided me inspiration in continuing in the long journey of being a business owner and founder. Her encouragement to stay the course and particular guidance on website development has been immeasurably helpful to both businesses. – Julie Ann McKevitt, Artist & Executive Director, Paint Love, Inc.
