- What makes your team different from the other planners I am talking to?
Our San Diego location is served by local planners, ensuring excellent customer service for every Chancey Charm client. Our team has access to multiple mentors + a team of planners to help with sourcing and problem solving, as they plan your wedding. They also have back-end business support behind them, so that they can focus on planning your wedding, without having to worry about marketing and PR simultaneously. Finally, our design board + sketching process make our planning and design services exceptional.
- I just need day-of. Do you offer that?
Our Month-Of or Day-Of Coordination package is a bit more extensive than the standard wedding coordination package most planners offer. We want to know you and all of the ins and outs of your wedding before we arrive day of.
- What exactly is full-service wedding planning and design?
Our team specializes in full-service wedding planning and design, providing our clients with comprehensive guidance and expertise, throughout the planning process.
- Can you help me with the design?
Custom design is an integral element to our full-service package and offers creative direction and inspiration throughout the wedding planning experience. Our planners work closely with our clients to develop detailed online wedding design boards.
- What kind of response time do you have? How do you run your day to day communication?
Our team is comprised of professionals who have made this their full-time focus. We respond to emails and calls during normal business hours M-TH (leaving weekends open for events + family).
- Do you charge by the hour? Will my planning fee increase later in our time working together?
We believe that communication is a key part of our success. So, rather than charging hourly, we give one flat up-front fee. This fee will never increase later in the process, allowing us to truly serve our clients with excellence.
- Do you work with destination clients?
We adore our San Diego destination clients (this makes up a big chunk of our business). Our custom, online planning system allows our clients to watch the design + progress of their event in real time. This makes planning an event with a remote client easy.
- Where do you plan weddings?
Great question! We are happy to plan a destination wedding wherever our clients would like to go, and we often work with destination clients internationally. Our sweet spots include the surrounding areas, such as Temecula, Palm Springs and Orange County.
