Hello beautiful brides! This week I have such a treat for you. I love putting together little samples of favors, and I am quite fond of the one I am going to share with you in this post.

Even though it is officially winter now, it feels like a summer day out here in Colorado. When I think of summer there are so many things that come to mind, but one thing that always defines those long, hot days is lemonade. So what better favor for a summer wedding than lemonade! I suppose you would need to have yellow or pink in your color scheme but even if you don’t, ponder this cute idea.

To make these lemonade favors you will need…

  • Small Glass Bottles
  • Yellow and/or Pink Lemonade
  • A Funnel
  • Ribbon
  • Craft Paper
  • A Pen or Printer
  • A Paper Punch

Start by choosing the bottles you would like to use. Make sure that they fit the feel of your wedding and have some sort of a lid.

Decide on yellow, pink or both types of lemonade. Use your funnel and fill each bottle.

Add a tag with a little thank you note for your guests. You can make it as simple as “Thank You” or create a personalized message.

For these favors I used a leaf punch and a white ribbon just to make them even more summery.

These particular favors make ½ quart of lemonade, and another perk is that lemonade powder is nonperishable. So, if you do decide to go with this idea you can make your favors as far in advance as your heart desires. I hope you have found a little bit of inspiration from this post. Happy DIY favor making!

Until next time…

Ciao,

Erin
