The Corwin Trio
What’s your area of expertise?
First job you ever landed
We’ve all been playing professionally since college. Our first job as a trio was for a networking event at Lilac Farms in Arrington, TN. We spent a lovely evening playing music on a porch and met some wonderful local wedding professionals.
What brought you to the wedding industry?
The Corwin Trio loves playing music together! Performing at weddings is the perfect opportunity to do what we love while also being a part of someone’s special day. It’s truly a privilege to know that our music helps add meaning to the day for brides and their families.
A lesson you’ve learned the hard way in the wedding industry
Be flexible. Once, we played for an extra hour to a full church as everyone waited for the bride to arrive. She made it, the day was beautiful, and we learned not to be phased by the unexpected.
Favorite way to spend a Sunday afternoon
We all enjoy getting outside for a walk or hike. Radnor Lake is one of our favorite spots.

Some words you live by
Be kind regardless of the circumstances.
Best tip for balancing work + home life
Make time for a healthy lifestyle.
Best moment of your career
The Corwin Trio had the opportunity to perform for the wedding of a country music artist and he asked us to write a string arrangement of one of his hit songs. It was pretty cool to play that as the couple recessed down the aisle!
