Dreamt up by Liz Ise for Chancey Charm Dallas, every little detail of this Rugged Meets Romantic Wedding Inspiration Shoot was swoon-worthy. Combining hues from the drought-ridden fields, natural grasses and evening sunshine with muted pinks and gold created a dreamy al fresco vibe. We believe when you let the natural beauty of your wedding venue shine and allow your color palette to accent – rather than compete with – your surroundings, that’s when a design feels most effortlessly elegant. Flying V Ranch was the perfect venue to prove this theory right with its warm fields and rustic charm. And the golden hour sunshine was the icing on the cake!
Let’s talk design! With such a pretty setting, this wedding inspiration would be all outdoors to soak up every last bit of the romantic sunset. The ceremony was centered around three oak trees, boasting chandeliers that looked as if they were floating in the air. Coco Fleur Events perfectly complimented this natural backdrop by intertwining florals and greenery amongst the branches. From there, vintage rentals and rustic church pews were brought in to create a cozy ambiance. The vendor team’s goal was for guests to feel the intimacy of the space as soon as they sat down to witness the “I dos”.
For the reception, Liz and the vendor team continued the vibe of rugged meets romantic, showcasing natural beauty with a floral installation above the wooden farm table. With the centerpiece overhead, a romantic silk runner was the focal point for the tablescape, accented with vintage brass candlesticks and hand-calligraphed place cards on driftwood. The ghost chairs added a touch of modern to this look, but also served as a minimalist option to let the tablescape truly shine.
