Wedding planning doesn’t need to be stressful. In fact, it can (and should) be exciting and fun! Our goal is to give our clients an incredible planning experience and to make this entire process as enjoyable as possible.
In order to do this we offer our brides support in both “Full Planning” and “Month-of” capacities depending on the amount of assistance they need. But no matter how much support a bride chooses, she always has access to our incredible suite of online planning tools.

Ashley has planned exquisite events throughout Tennessee, and serves clients as our lead Nashville Wedding Planner and Coordinator. A self-proclaimed “happily-ever-after-enthusiast,” Ashley has combined her passions for event design and love stories into a career which allows her to plan weddings that are just as beautiful as the marriages they celebrate. She believes that each love story is worth honoring, and she loves designing weddings to reflect that.
Ashley’s planning and design career started at San Diego State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality and Tourism Management. She has been head over heels with the wedding industry ever since, and offers brides over 10 years of experience!
Her strong background in the event industry and keen eye for design and details make her a perfect fit for Nashville brides seeking a highly styled and personalized wedding and a seamless and stress-free planning experience. From song lyrics to typography, menu choices to itineraries, Ashley ensures that every detail will be thoughtfully planned and executed.
When Ashley is not planning gorgeous events, you can find her spending time with her new baby boy, Dax Everett, her two puppies, “Butch Walker” and “Zeek Braverman,” going to concerts, or traveling with her husband.
Why I Love Weddings:
I have always been a romantic at heart and I believe everyone has a love story worth knowing. I love building relationships with my couples and incorporating their personalities into their wedding day. I love how weddings can transform an otherwise simple space into something full of magic and heart.
I just love watching love. My passion for love stories, celebrating, and making every aspect of someone’s special day a reality, paired with my dedication and eye for detail, make me confident in my ability to plan someone’s dream day. –Ashley
Sarah loves any reason to celebrate, but her favorite reason to celebrate is: love! If you hadn’t guessed, she’s a hopeless romantic. To her, it’s the little things that make an event truly magical. She loves taking the small details from a couple’s love story and integrating them into their big day.
In Sarah’s words, “I think it’s safe to say my parents saw this coming!” Growing up, she would force her little sister to play “wedding planner” with her so that she could pick out all of the details for her “event”–including a makeshift wedding dress from her mom’s closet!
After graduating from Belmont University, Sarah worked at Bella Bridesmaids as a stylist which was her first introduction to the Nashville scene. This experience set the stage for her to pursue her passion for events with Chancey Charm.
When she’s not living out her dream as a wedding planner, you can find Sarah rearranging her furniture and/or re-organizing her space, exploring Nashville, going to concerts, or enjoying a “wine down” night with girlfriends!

As we mentioned above, our goal is to provide the best experience possible for our clients. Because of this, we begin our “day-of” (or as we like to call it, “month-of”) coordination four weeks out from your wedding date.
Most “month-of” planning still requires some background info and communication with vendors. Since we want to make sure everything goes smoothly, we work with you in the weeks prior to your wedding to ensure a stress-free wedding day.
Our goal is to allow you to be present with your friends and family on your big day instead of spending the morning of your wedding fielding questions in the bridal suite! So the short answer is that yes, we do offer “month-of” coordination!
Full service planning and design is when we help you with everything from start to finish when it comes to your event. Not only are we there to help you plan and design the perfect wedding day, but we’ll also be there from start to finish to ensure it goes off without a hitch. We become your sounding board, moral support, and advocate throughout the entire planning process.
The best way to get ahold of us is by email, and you can expect a reply within 24 hours. It’s a huge deal to be open with communication — so you’ll typically hear back from us in 1-2 hours if we’re in the office!
A good portion of the clients we work with are destination clients! With Nashville being a popular wedding destination, about 65% of our couples are traveling from elsewhere, as are their loved ones. Because of this, we are well versed in the specific needs and challenges of our destination clients, and have tools to help make the process easier for everyone.
With that being said, we also travel frequently to OTHER destinations. So if you are based in Nashville, but planning an out of town wedding (either foreign or domestic) and want to bring your planner with you, we do that too!
Everywhere! We have some favorites that we would be happy to discuss with you, (keep scrolling below to see a full list of the venues we’ve worked at in the Nashville area) but we are willing to work anywhere your heart desires.
And don’t worry if your venue isn’t somewhere we’ve planned an event at before. Our team has planned and executed events at some of the most unique spaces you can think of, and we always welcome a challenge!
