What is the history of your venue?
Hart Meadows Ranch opened July 2022 and is located just a few minutes from Charleston, SC, and Kiawah Island. Imagine a venue that is elegant, upscale and affordable combined with Charleston Low Country charm. Hart Meadows Ranch began with a motto of abundance and excellence, which we strive to provide with every event we host. We have tried to anticipate everything a couple would want and then include it with no hidden fees. With all that our location has to offer, we feel we have set a new standard of event venue done perfectly.
What is the best feature of your venue for couples on the venue hunt?
It is hard to choose just one feature as the best. Our Oak Reception Hall with 20′ cypress beamed ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows that allow light, and finishing touches of wrought iron chandeliers, make that space a favorite. The Yurt is a design marvel with a latticework frame leading to a clear dome. It is magical. Both are climate-controlled to provide comfort to you and your guests. The beautiful grounds feature fountains, flowers, gardens, beauty, serenity, and privacy, with a unique charm that encompasses the beauty of Charleston Low Country. Everywhere you look are features that make our venue exceptional.

What perks does your space come with? (tables, chairs, stunning views, etc.)
We have available for use 11 round tables, 2 six-foot rectangular tables, and 100 ceremony chairs. Our location has plenty of on-site parking, including handicapped parking, pathway and accent lighting throughout, pest control, privacy fencing, and a gated entrance.
The Yurt can be used as a bridal suite or for cocktail hour. It includes comfortable seating areas, makeup stations with outlets, and a little something extra – twinkle lights. Oak Hall has luxury restrooms, a surround sound system, wifi, and a catering area. The windows let light in and provide a view of the grounds. Both buildings are climate-controlled.
We have a gaming area that is a fun feature for guests. It features oversized chess, corn hole, bocce ball, and a sitting area.
The white sand beach has sundials, Adirondack chairs, loveseats, table, a fire pit, and cafe lights.
Our gardens feature old live oaks, a stone walkway, and a tree swing.
Sweet Grass Island features an arched footbridge, an arbor, and a seating area.
There is also a meadow and an oak grove. Everywhere you stand there are great views and a multitude of great pictures spots for you and your guests.
