This 16th century winery is steeped in history and ideal for a large, elegant wedding with plenty of options for both an indoor or outdoor wedding. When did you open? OR What Is the history of your venue?

This winery was created in the 16th century. In 1855 it was classified 3rd Growth of the Margaux appellation. Built in 1877 and standing at the heart of the Giscours vineyards, Suzanne Farm is a legendary Giscours building that offers some fantastic opportunities for organizing a wedding. It’s various outdoor and indoor spaces offer a wide variety of options for receiving guests. The courtyard’s main rectangular courtyard consists of a covered courtyard and a central hall, perfect for cocktail parties or secular outdoor ceremonies. The large lounge is ideal for dinners and dances. Its light stone walls and anthracite floor offer a setting suitable for any occasion or form of decoration. It has a large entrance hall with cloakrooms and toilets.

Couples looking for a typical Bordeaux winery wedding just found the perfect venue !

The place is surrounded by vines and a big park. Our wedding venue is called the “Suzanne Farm” and is THE place for a bucolic reception. With both, indoors and outdoors options, Giscours is the right place for couple to create their ideal Bordeaux wedding.

How many people does your venue hold for an event?

Our venue can hold up to 400 people for a seated dinner.

What perks does your space come with? (tables, chairs, stunning views, etc.)

We have a few long wooden tables (20) and 150 wooden chairs.

Stunning views and lots of spots to host the ceremony, cocktail, brunch, and of course dinner !

We also produce and sell wine on the premise.

The venue includes restroom, a big catering space, a checkroom area, heating and air conditionning.
