Wedding planning doesn’t need to be stressful. In fact, it can (and should) be exciting and fun! Our goal is to give our clients an incredible planning experience and to make this entire process as enjoyable as possible.
In order to do this we offer our brides support in both “Full Planning” and “Month-of” capacities depending on the amount of assistance they need. But no matter how much support a bride chooses, she always has access to our incredible suite of online planning tools.
Our goal is that all of our brides feel relaxed and calm from “Yes!” to “I do!” knowing that they have an extraordinary team of planners and designers behind them every step of the way!

Kelsey was born and raised in Houston and earned her degree in Management and Marketing from Purdue University. She went on to work in the corporate world before quickly realizing that office life was not for her! After transitioning into the wedding industry, Kelsey quickly found her stride designing modern, floral-centric weddings for her lovely couples.
Her goal is to provide her clients with an amazing experience by going above and beyond as a planner, supporter, and cheerleader for her couples. As a recent newlywed, Kelsey understands the overwhelm of planning a wedding and wants to alleviate that stress for her clients.
Outside of weddings Kelsey enjoys traveling with her husband and high school sweetheart, Matt. She’s visited over 27 countries and even studied in Italy for 5 months!
Jasmin was managing multi-million dollar IT projects with precision when she discovered a new creative outlet – event planning. She loved that weddings allowed her to blend her passion for processes with her heart for helping others celebrate life’s special moments.
11 years after her first event, Jasmin still feels honored that couples invite her use her detail-oriented skill set to deliver meaningful, stylish weddings that are as personal as they are beautiful.
When Jasmin isn’t designing authentic, purposeful moments, you can find her traveling to new places with her hubby and daughters or curling up with her fur-babies to watch a football game.

Our clients get the best of both worlds as they plan their wedding: access to national support as well as extensive local connections.
Our suite of online planning tools is curated by our experienced planning team and is customized to meet your individual needs and timeline. This allows you to stay on top of your to-do list and remain organized throughout the process. It also allows us to work with you at your pace, while easily staying connected and in touch about each detail.
Our design boards and sketching process make our planning and design services exceptional. We know that almost every bride is anxious about the way her big day will come together. From the linens to the florals, our online design boards will bring your entire vision to life. Each design is customized to your style and is updated throughout the process. Once finalized, we’re able to send this tool to your aesthetic vendors so that they know how your design choices will come together on the wedding day.
We have found that after all the work you’ve put into your wedding, someone who just shows up on your wedding day after one meeting and minimal communication with your team of vendors cannot provide you with the level of service you deserve.
Therefore, our team offers a “Month-Of” Coordination package which is a bit more extensive than the standard “day-of” wedding coordination package that most planners offer. We’re devoted to an exceptional client and guest experience and know that we can not provide that to you by just showing up on the day.
Instead, we provide weekly support during the last two months of the planning process, so that we can tie-up all of the details and ensure that you have a stress-free wedding day.
Our team specializes in full-service wedding planning and design in order to provide you with comprehensive guidance from “Yes!” to “I do!” We combine our expertise with an emphasis on custom details in order to create a seamless guest experience.
We will assist you with all of your vendor selections while serving as the main contact for your team of professionals. And we’ll also keep you on track with the planning process so that no detail is missed. Finally, our designers will provide you with input on aesthetic decisions and guide you towards a cohesive vision.
You will have a trusted professional to guide you as make each decision about your wedding day. You’ll be able to breathe a sigh of relief knowing that you have an expert available whenever you need them to guide you each step of the way!
Absolutely! Our custom design experience is an integral element of our “full-service” package and offers creative direction and inspiration throughout the wedding planning process.
If you’re looking for a “design-only” option, ask us about how you can work with a planner to develop detailed wedding design boards that capture your vision and will allow you to clearly communicate your vision with your vendors.
Our team is comprised of professionals who prioritize responding to emails in a timely manner during business hours. Since we are frequently on-site with events and in meetings with our couples, we strive to answer all emails within 48-hours from Monday – Thursday.
For phone calls, we request that you schedule a call 48-hours in advance to ensure we’ll be in the office and available to record all of the details of our conversation, and so that we have all of your event details easily within reach
Do you charge by the hour? Will my planning fee increase later in our time working together?
We believe that communication is a key part of our success. Rather than charging based on a set number of emails, hours, or meetings, we give one flat up-front fee which never increases later in the process.
We are dedicated to making your event a success from start to finish and don’t want you to be worrying that communicating key information about your event is going to affect your bottom line.
We do not charge our clients on an hourly basis and our planning fee does not increase as we work together. Instead, we speak with you prior to the start of planning to determine a flat fee that will cover the entirety of the process. Your investment includes unlimited communication with us and will not increase once a contract is agreed upon.
Yes, and we love it! All of our planners use a custom, online planning system to ensure that all of your event details are easily accessible no matter where you are in the world. We love being able to allow our clients to monitor the progress of their event with a click! Our suite of online planning tools makes virtually planning an event with our clients so simple, especially if their event is happening in a destination location.
