Brie Owens serves Chancey Charm as our Atlanta Wedding Planner and Coordinator with her fun, feminine style.She manages her incredible team, while taking a limited number of weddings herself in order to better serve her clients and her team. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her work, having run her own wedding planning company prior to joining Chancey Charm. Her degree in Hospitality Management from East Carolina University has equipped her with excellent customer service and event planning skills. As a wedding industry veteran, Brie has had a hand in nearly every aspect of the planning process – event coordination, venue management, catering, bartending and floral design – she’s even been known to step in and play MC in a pinch.
Having grown up in the metro-Atlanta area, Brie loves providing quality customer service to Atlanta brides. Brie is passionate about adoption and when she’s not planning weddings, you can find her spending time with her husband Stephen and miracle baby Joseph, who together make the most precious little family. Since moving into their 1930s bungalow in 2015, they have renovated their kitchen and guest bathroom down to the studs. And, they are constantly dreaming of the next wall they can tear down! Her work has been featured in several top-tier publications, including Grey Likes Weddings, Wedding Lovely, Atlantan Brides Modern Luxury, The Knot Georgia, Southern Wedding Magazine and The Southeastern Bride Magazine.

Shelley Legg (second to left)
With more than five years of event planning and design experience and a passion for graphic design, Shelley is a perfect fit for Atlanta brides. Her keen eye for detail and logistics allows her to create an experience that makes for an effortless event. Owning her own planning and design company before coming to Chancey Charm, Shelley has a wealth of knowledge about the Atlanta industry and has worked with many of the industry’s top vendors. Shelley’s weddings have recently been featured on Southern Weddings and Atlantan Brides Modern Luxury. Family is Shelley’s world; when she is not planning an event, you can find her spending time with her husband Sean and two daughters, Aubree and Zoey.
Anna Panu (far left)
With dozens of weddings and years of experience planning, Anna has executed events at many of the top venues in and around Atlanta. Anna is highly detail oriented and has a particularly sharp eye for design. With a degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Anderson University, Anna has perfected the ability to juggle communication between clients and the many vendors it takes to bring a wedding day to life. Anna is very passionate about serving other people with love and works hard to build meaningful relationships wherever she goes. When she’s not planning, Anna enjoys spending time with her parents and two older brothers, traveling, crafting, and playing the piano.
Allison Gard (right of Brie)
Shortly after graduating from the University of Central Florida, Allison began her career in event planning. In early 2016, she and her husband moved to Atlanta where she continued to plan dozens of weddings in the south-east and greater Atlanta. Allison set herself apart with her eye for design and incredible attention to detail. Allison’s events are stylish, personalized, and unforgettable. With her organization, thorough planning, and calm demeanor, her clients are able to fully enjoy their day as she brings to life their one-of-a-kind event.
There are few things Allison enjoys more than being apart of a meaningful celebration. On her days spent away from planning, she is likely biking the beltline with her husband, hiking with their dog, Kirby, or flipping through the latest design magazines and articles for ideas and inspiration.
Amy Towers (far right)
Wedding planning is a personal passion for Amy. It was through the process of planning her own wedding that she found event planning to be her true calling, and she treats each wedding she plans as if it were her own.
After living in New York City for nearly 12 years, Amy now calls Atlanta her home. She brings a breadth of wedding and event planning experience. She’s worked weddings at a variety of venues from the Rainbow Room at Rockefeller Center to the Swan House at the Atlanta History Center, Old Edwards Inn and Brookhaven’s Capital City Club.
Amy loves spending time with her family and friends and most importantly with her son, Liam, and her husband, Brian. Her greatest passion is traveling, experiencing new cultures, and taking photographs of her journeys along the way.
Sofia Ocampo (second from right)
Sofia’s passion for planning and people is what led her to event planning in the first place and she cannot believe she gets to do this professionally! Owning her own event planning company and with an International Relations degree from Rice University, she has experience in a full range of planning activities.
Born in Mexico City, Sofia is also fluent in Spanish and loves any chance she can to blend different cultures together, to create a unique and personal event. When she is not working, Sofia loves spending time with her two children and husband.

My favorite aspect of wedding planning is crafting all the details, then watching them fall into place to create the most wonderful day of someone’s life. - Do you have any pets? We have a 10-year-old Plott Hound that we are convinced will outlive us. She has escaped death on multiple occasions, giving us heart attacks each time. Good grief!
- Do you have any favorite hobbies? DEMO DAY (in Chip Gaines’ voice)! My husband and I have an almost 100-year-old bungalow that we are renovating one room at a time and our favorite thing to do is tear down walls a rebuild our little home to fit our needs.
- What is your favorite aspects of a wedding day (great food, great wine, live music, etc.)? Knowing that I have served my clients well, resulting in a relaxed day for them!
- What is your favorite part about their city/where you live? The diversity! We live a very diverse part of town and I can’t express how refreshing it is to experience life in that way.
- What is your favorite Sunday activity? Attending church with my little family and resetting… ie: being lazy all day!
- What is your favorite book or magazine? The Magnolia Journal – only magazine I will read cover to cover.
- How would you describe your personal style? Comfortable! Both in my wardrobe and in my home decor style. Everything we own is “well loved”.
